Butchers

The butcher's shop - or "Metzgerei", as the Austrian's like to call it - of the Hotel Gmachl lies directly beside the entrance to the hotel. The meat offered here comes directly from surrounding farmers, sausage and snack specialties are locally manufactured according to traditional recipes. The "Butchers" is for many guests not only a popular point of approach for an occasional hearty snack but the meat specialties have proven a welcome gift for the friend's at home - or the own deep-freezer.
