Our “Indulgence half board” includes an afternoon snack and a four-course meal of your choice prepared at the popular Gmachl restaurant - €30.00: With a stay of at least 7 nights we offer you a reduction of 10% on the room rate (not during peak season). Valid for double-room bookings – occupancy of 2 people.

For dog lovers:
Please tell us when you make your holiday enquiry if you are planning to travel with your dog, as we only have a limited number of dog facilities available. Please only bring one dog per room. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the park area, on the lawn, in the lagoon or the outdoor pool or in the breakfast area and terrace.

When making a reservation (accommodation agreement), you agree to the applicable Austrian hotel contract terms.
Terms of cancellation
No charge for cancellations up to 1 month before your scheduled arrival date; 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 50% of total amount; within the last 7 days - 90%. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: www.europaeische.at (easily acquired online)
Arrival
Rooms are available from 2.00pm. If you are arriving after 6.00pm please make sure to call us. If you’ll be arriving by car don’t forget that you’ll need a motorway permit sticker – the Autobahn Vignette – to use Austria’s motorways. Our team can gladly advise you on how to get to us without paying a toll.
Departure
The rooms have to be vacated no later than 11.00am.
