When can I check in?
Your room is available from 3 pm - if you arrive earlier than 12 pm, you are welcome to use the DorfSPA in the meantime (no extra charge).
When do I need to check out by?
Your room is available until 11:30 am – you can enjoy the DorfSPA for the entire day at a special price of € 35.00 per person, including an afternoon snack.
What are the reception's opening hours?
Our reception is available daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Yes, but please be sure to inform us when making your reservation if you are traveling with a dog, as dogs are only permitted in selected room categories. A maximum of one dog per room is allowed.

No, but if available we would be happy to book you two opposite rooms or next to each other.
