We want you to feel completely at ease during your wellness holiday in the Genussdorf.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, it is essential that everyone observes the following bathing and sauna rules.

Only then can everyone relax and enjoy themselves.

Use of the SPA area is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any personal health risks.
The Genussdorf and its team cannot completely prevent accidents.
Access is only possible during the known opening hours.
The SPA area is operated and maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
In the event of malfunctions or defects, use will be restricted or prohibited.

The staff will provide first aid within reasonable limits.
First aid materials are available and labeled.
Responsible persons must ensure the supervision of minors.
The Genussdorf is only liable for damages caused by unlawful or culpable behavior of the staff. No liability for damage caused by guests.

Please pay attention to cleanliness, waste separation and your fellow human beings.

Seating or lounging areas may not be reserved for the long term.
We accept no liability for the loss of valuables.
Food and drinks in glass containers may not be consumed in the DorfSPA.
Commercial activities or advertising require the consent of the owner.
Smoking is prohibited in accordance with legal regulations, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
